Thought for Today - FRUIT Part 3 - Did you know you that one day you can eat from the "Tree of Life"? We talked yesterday about the fruit that got Adam and Eve in trouble - "Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil." God sent them out of the Garden of Eden and put an angel to protect "The Tree of Life," because had they eaten it - they would LIVE FOREVER in that fallen state! Father God had a plan to redeem mankind back to Himself through sending His Only Begotten Son to pay the penalty for our sin. So one day we could eat from that tree. For those who choose to make Jesus Lord - they'll be enjoying living in the New Heaven and Earth. They will eat the fruit from that "TREE OF LIFE" and live forever - without the curse that came through sin. All guilt, shame, pain, sickness, poverty and death will be gone forever!
